CHICKEN FRITTER GRAVY

Ingredients:

Bone less chicken pieces
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Ginger chopped
Chopped capsicum
Chopped green chillies
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Corn flour
Egg
Mono sodium gulamate
Salt
White oil
Tomato puree

Procedure:

Mix chicken, corn flour, egg, soya sauce, vinegar and freeze it for 1 hour. Now heat oil and fry the marinated chicken till it become brown. Now keep them aside and in oil add all chopped vegetables and soya sauce, puree, salt, mono sodium gulamate. add little water. Let it cook until gravy become thicker. Now add chicken fried fritter and mix well.And serve hot.
