Moti Polau

INGREDIENTS:
1. Mutton kima : ½ kg
2. Basmati Rice : ½ kg
3. Onion : 1.5 cup, chopped
4. Yogurt : 1 tbsp
5. Ginger Paste : 1 tsp
6. Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
7. Ginger : 1 tsp, grated
8. Whole hot spices
9. Ghee : ½ cup
10. Kewra Water : 1 tbsp
11. Egg : 1 pc
12. Gram Flour : 1 tbsp
13. Chili Powder : 1 tbsp
14. Raisin : 10-15 pcs
15. Salt : To taste
16. Mustard Oil : 1 cup

METHOD:
1. Mix kima, garlic paste, grated ginger, chili powder, gram flour, egg and salt properly.
2. Make small cakes from this mixture and deep fry.
3. Heat ghee in a pan and add whole hot spices. Sauté a little.
4. One the aroma comes, add chopped onion. Fry for some time. Add ginger- garlic paste. Fry for some more time. Then add salt and water and let the water boil.
5. One the water starts boiling add rice and kewra water. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then simmer the flame.
6. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add the kima cakes. Serve hot.
