Ground Potato Curry

INGREDIENTS:
1. Ground Potato / Potol : 250 gms
2. Potato : 2 pcs
3. Onion : 1 large
4. Ginger Paste : 1 tsp
5. Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
6. Salt : To taste
7. Mustard Oil : as needed
8. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
9. Chili Powder : To taste
10. Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
11. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
12. Ghee : 1/2 tsp
13. Garam Masala : 1 tsp,powdered.

METHOD:
1. Cut the ground potato and potato in pieces and remove the skin.
2. Boil the potato and keep them aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ground potato and keep them aside.
4. In the oil add ginger paste. Saute a little.
5. Now add onion and garlic paste. Fry for some time.
7. Add salt, turmeric, cumin powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Cook till oil separates.
8. Add the potato and ground potato.
9. Stir properly so that the gravy mixes properly with the vegetables.
10. Add water and let it cook till the gravy thicken.
11. Add ghee and garam masala. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
