1. Milk : 10 kg
2. Sugar : 2.5 – 3 kgs
3. Sweet Yogurt: small in quantity
4. Mango Pulp : 1 kg
5. Medium size urban pot
1. Mix the milk and sugar and boil.
2. One the milk becomes thick, take out of flame.
3. Once the mixture comes to room temperature, mix the mango pulp.
4. Pour the mixture into the urban pot and mix the sweet yogurt.
5. Keep it in some warm place for atleast 9 hrs.
6. Then fridge it.
7. Serve it cool.
