INGREDIENTS:
1. Sim : 100gms
2. Salt : to tatse
3. Black Cumin : 1/2 tsp
4. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
5. Mustard Paste : 1/2 tsp
6. Green Chilis : 2
METHOD:
1. Boil shim in water and salt. When water boils, switch off. Cover and keep aside.
2. Heat oil. Add black cumin and saute.
4. Add shim, salt, turmeric powder, Mustard Paste and green chillis.
5. Stir well and cook in simmer.
