Dimer Halua

INGREDIENTS:
1. Milk : 250 gm
2. Egg : 2
3. Sugar : 1 cup powdered
4. Cardamom : 8 pieces
5. Ghee : 2 tbsp

METHOD:
1. Beat eggs in milk. Stir deeply.
2. Heat the kadai and pour the mixture.
3. Sprinkle crashed cardamoms.
4. Fry well until grains are formed.
5. Now add sugar. Again stir well.
6. Add ghee and serve hot.
