Chinese Chicken Chop Suey

INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken : 500gm
2. Black pepper : 1tsp
3. Cayenne : To taste
4. Onion : 2
5. Celery : 1 hand full
6. Green bean sprouts : 1/2 cup
7. Mushrooms : 1/2 cup
8. Stock : 1/2 cup
9. Chinese sauce : 1/2 cup
10. Flour : 2tbsp
11. Cream : 2 tbsp
12. Parsley : 1/2 cup,chopped

METHOD:
1. Cut all chicken into thin strips; season with black pepper, and cayenne, and fry in hot lard.
2. Add some onion, celery, green bean sprouts and mushrooms cut fine. Moisten with 1/2 cup of stock. Add 1/4 cup of Chinese sauce. Cover and let simmer until tender. 3. Thicken the sauce with flour. Add 2 tbsp of cream and chopped parsley.
4. Serve hot on a platter with boiled rice.
