Khai Khai Special Posto Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken : 500 gm
2. Onion : 4 large
3. Ginger and garlic paste : 6 tsp
4. Green chilies : 2 pc
5. Curd : 1/2 cup
6. Poppy seed : 2 tbsp
7. Cloves : 4
8. Cinnamon : 1 inch
9. Cardamom : 4
10. Nutmeg
11. Mace
12. Bay leave
13. Turmeric
14. Salt
15. Sugar
16. Oil

METHOD:
1. Marinate Chicken with curd, and turmeric.
2. Boil onions and make paste. Make fine paste of poppy seed.
3. Roast all spices in dry wok and make fine powder.Heat oil, saute with bay leave, put onion.
4. Fry until it becomes brown, add ginger and garlic paste and sugar. Stir well.
5. Now put marinated chicken, salt, slitted chilies and spices powder. Fry well.
6. Cook in low flame.
7. Pour poppy paste. Cover well.
8. Wait until oil comes out.
9. Then uncover it and cook well that the chicken get boiled.
10. Now its ready to serve.Serve with paratha or rice.
