Paneer Tikka

INGREDIENTS:
1. Paneer : 1 Large block
2. Onion : 1 medium
3. Capsicum : 1 pc
4. Tomato : 1 pc
5. Mushrooms : Few
6. Coriander leaves : Finely chopped
To Marinade:
7. Curd (plain yogurt) : 1/2 cup
8. Garlic paste : 1 tsp
9. Ginger Paste : 1 tsp
10. Tandoori powder : 2 tsp
11. Cumin (jeera) powder : 1 tsp
12. Chaat powder : 2 tsp
13. Salt : to taste
14. Red chili Powder : to taste

METHOD:
1. Cut Paneer into long 1/2" thick cubes.
2. Cut all vegetables into cubes.
3. Mix all ingredients for marinade and keep aside.
4. Add the left marinade to the vegetables.
5. Brush the marinate to the paneer and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
6. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry marinated paneer till fully done. Fry other vegetables.
7. In a plate arrange fried vegetables and then paneer.
8. Garnish with coriander and lemon slices.
9. Serve tandoori paneer tikka hot.
