Mutton Kosha

INGREDIENTS:
1. Mutton : 500 grams, cut into pieces
2. Onions : grated 1/2 cup
3. Turmeric Powder : 1/2tsp
4. Ginger-garlic paste : 1tbsp
5. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp, roasted and ground
6. Chilli powder : To taste
7. Hung curd : 200 gm
8. Mustard oil : 1/4cup
9. Salt : To taste
10. Cloves : 4
11. Cardamom : 2 pc
12. Cinnamon : 1" stick

METHOD:
1. Heat oil and add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Add onions and saute till soft. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and turmeric and stir fry till well mixed.
3. Add the meat, stir fry over high heat till opaque. Lower the heat and saute till fat separates.
4. Add curd, cumin and salt and saute till fat separates again.
5. Cover tight and cook over very low heat, till it gets cooked through in its own juices.
