1. Maida : 1 cup
2. Ata : 1 tbsp
3. Refined Oil : 1 cup
4. Salt : 1 tsp
5. Kalonji : 1/2 tsp
1. Mix maida, ata, salt and kalonji properly. Add 2 tbsp oil into the mixture. and again mix it properly.
2. Make a dough (not hard and not to soft) by water.
3. Make small balls with this dough.
4. Roll out the balls in to round shape of size 4 in diameter.
5. Heat oil the remaining oil in a kadai and fry the round shapes.
