Kamala Bhog

INGREDIENTS :
1. Paneer : 150 gms
2. Wheat Flour : 1/2 tsp
3. Corn Flour : 1/2 tsp
4. Sugar : 200 gm
5. Saffron Colour : a pinch
6. Raisin : a few
7. Milk : 1/2 tsp

METHOD:
1. Knead Paneer, corn flour, wheatflour, and 1/2 tsp of milk mixed with saffron colour to a smooth dough.
2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts.
3. Insert 1 kismis in one part of mixture and roll into a ball.
4. Heat 1 cup of water and 150 gram sugar. After the sugar dissolves add the balls and boil it for 7 - 10 minutes or till it is done.
5. Serve chilled
