Doi Machh

INGREDIENTS:
1. Fish pieces : 6 pc
2. Onion : 1 large
3. Ginger : 1"
4. Garlic : 3 cloves
5. Salt : to taste
6. Sugar : 1 tsp
7. Green Chilly : 2 pc
8. Chili Powder : 1 tsp
9. Bay Leaves : 2 pc
10. Yogurt : 1 cup
11. Mustard Oil : 1/2 cup
12. Cumin Powder : 1 tsp

METHOD:
1. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and onion. Add the yogurt and 1/2 cup of water with the paste. Beat properly.
2. Add salt, sugar, cumin powder, slitted green chilly, bay leaves, chili powder, oil with the paste and mix properly.
3. Wash the fishes properly and add into the paste. Marinate for 1 hr.
4. Cook the fish for 15-20 minutes till it done.
