INGREDIENTS:
Fish fillets
Butter
Lemon juice
Flour
Egg
Salt
Coriander leaves
Baking powder
Oil
Onion, ginger and garlic paste
Turmeric
Kalonji
Dried red chili powder
coriander powder
cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, mace and nutmeg powder

METHOD:
Wash the fish and pat dry.marinate it with chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Make a batter with butter, flour, egg, salt and baking powder. put marinated fish in it and heat oil and deep fry fish fillets. For gravy, again put kalonji in heated oil, add all remain
ingredients one by one, add water and cook until it turns in gravy. Now put fried fish fillets, and pour little butter on it. and serve hot.
