INGREDIENTS:
1 kg gajar (carrots)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 l tr full fat milk
250 gms sugar
4 tablespoons Ghee
Raisins
Pistachio
Almond/ cashew
METHOD:
1. Greet the carrot. And boil for 10-15 minutes in water.
2. Once it is done, drain the water.
3. Heat ghee in a pan. add the cardamom powder and gajar fry for some time.
4. Add sugar and mix well.
5. Then add the milk and let it boil.
6. Once the mixture becomes thick. Add the raisin, Pistachio and Almond/ cashew.
7. Let it be cool. Serve.
