INGREDIENTS:
1. Bringle - 2 pc
2. Yogurt - 1 cup
3. Oil
4. Garlic - 2 cloves finely chopped
5. Red Chili -1 pc
6. Turmeric - 1 tsp
7. Salt - To Taste
8. Garam masla (half crushed)

METHOD:
Cut the bringle in to vertical pieces. Fry them with oil and keep aside.Now heat oil in a pan and add garam masala, chopped garlic and saute it for some time. Now add beaten yogurt into this and add turmeric, chili powder and salt. Fry it till oil comes out. Then add some water and let it cook. Once the gravy is cooked properly add the bringle and cook till the gravy tickens. If u like u can add some corriander leaves.
